Words that hurt, feel the sting
Hurtful words, pierce like a spear
Promising words, we hold so dear
Words of hope, deliver good cheer
Words of despair, cause many tears
Complimentary words, spoken so gently
Words that bring heartache, voiced intently
Words of sadness crush a sprit
Loving words, uplift souls
Words can be powerful, mouth them with more control
Kind-hearted words pass the love with thoughtfulness
Not so hard to utter, instead of words that digress

Life is short lets live and let others live...
